It is spotlessly clean, magnificent hotel, that has good staff and location. The restaurant is gorgeous, serves delicious dishes.

The place overall is clean & cosy. Rooms are budget and silent, have marble-lined bathroom. The pool area is well-maintained too.

We enjoyed the remote location and how tidy the place was kept. Hospitality from the whole staff. The outdoor bar in the hotel had lots of delicious beers and great cocktails throughout the day: )

the breakfast was warm, the staff was thorough, the grounds were overall clean. enjoyable location, near to harrogate, restaurants, nevertheless the area itself was quite poor. having different free mineral drinks in the pool bar was a very nice touch.

Pretty much what I expected: hip new hotel, reasonably priced. Gentle staff and savoury breakfasts. Room was budget and common and the bathroom was luxurious. Service was top-notch too. Brilliant location, a short walk to Royal Hall. The beach nearby was wonderful and the view was decent...

Impeccably clean hotel, cheap room, the staff were more than helpful. Unbelievable view of sea. The staff created a QUIET atmosphere. I loved cereals, eggs and bacon served for breakfast. A magnificent stay with a clean swimming pool.
